#APPLES MACOS SIERRA UPGRADE#
Self Service has an installation package available to upgrade from Sierra (and newer) to Mojave. If you would like to upgrade your computer yourself, you can use the Self Service App. As a result, SCSCF will stop providing software support for all computers running macOS 10.13 High Sierra on November 30, 2020. With Apple's release of macOS Catalina, High Sierra will be the third oldest version and will cease to be supported next year. Expect High Sierra support to end in 2020 Additionally, computers identified as security risks may be blocked from the CMU network by the Information Security Office (ISO). SCSCF software support charges will be canceled automatically.

Please note: if you choose not to upgrade your computer, it will not receive security patches or functionality updates and our ability to troubleshoot issues will be limited. Remove SCSCF Software Support If you would like to continue to run Sierra without SCS software support, please submit a request to remove software support from your computer.Request an upgrade performed by SCSCF Technicians If you would like to request an upgrade to Mojave performed by our technicians, or do not see the macOS Mojave installation package in Self Service, please submit an upgrade request.
